I’ve been using this product for three years, so I know the quality is good and it has always worked well for me. Unfortunately, the delivery service has become unbelievably bad. My most recent order was supposed to arrive with first-class shipping, yet I have now been waiting twenty-three days and still have not received anything.
To make the situation even worse, I am only being reimbursed for the shipping cost and not the full order, even though the product never arrived. The customer service support has also been unacceptable. The responses are slow, unhelpful, and there has been no real effort to resolve the issue or take responsibility for the delay.
This is not the first time I have experienced delivery issues with this company, but this situation has pushed me to my limit. I am honestly baffled by how unreliable the shipping and support have become. After using this product for years, I am now seriously considering switching to another company that offers something similar because I cannot continue dealing with these problems.
The product itself is great, but the shipping and customer service experience have become disappointing enough for me to take my business elsewhere.
