Very Berry Moringa Smoothie Recipe, Serves 4:

  • 1 cup frozen Strawberries
  • 1/4 cup frozen Red Raspberries
  • 1/4 cup frozen Blueberries
  • ½ Banana
  • 1 cup chilled Coconut Water
  • 2 cups frozen Fresh Spinach Leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
  • 2 tablespoons Moringa Powder
  • 4 cubes of Ice

Directions:

You will need to own a blender or small smoothie blending machine, such as a magic bullet. First, blend together the chia seeds and spinach until smooth. Chia seeds can typically be found in any grocery store, sometimes you might have to check in the health isle to find them. These small seeds are loaded with health benefits and are recognized as a modern day superfood. Get your daily dose of antioxidants and a good amount of protein from these little guys. After blending those two ingredients together, add in all the other frozen fruits, banana, coconut water and ice and blend again until smooth. Add in 2 tablespoons of Moringa Powder and blend again until well mixed.

The amount antioxidants, anti-inflammatories, amino acids, vitamins, minerals and nutrients in this smoothie are incredible. Not to mention that fact that this is a quick and easy breakfast to prepare!

Tip:

If you are short on time in the morning, you can always throw in the ingredients right into your blending machine and leave them in the fridge overnight.
