Poor Delivery Service

I’ve been using this product for three years, so I know the quality is good and it has always worked well for me. Unfortunately, the delivery service has become unbelievably bad. My most recent order was supposed to arrive with first-class shipping, yet I have now been waiting twenty-three days and still have not received anything.

To make the situation even worse, I am only being reimbursed for the shipping cost and not the full order, even though the product never arrived. The customer service support has also been unacceptable. The responses are slow, unhelpful, and there has been no real effort to resolve the issue or take responsibility for the delay.

This is not the first time I have experienced delivery issues with this company, but this situation has pushed me to my limit. I am honestly baffled by how unreliable the shipping and support have become. After using this product for years, I am now seriously considering switching to another company that offers something similar because I cannot continue dealing with these problems.

The product itself is great, but the shipping and customer service experience have become disappointing enough for me to take my business elsewhere.

I have great products and customers. This customer texts me after 10pm on a Sunday and I respond immediately. Even though I can not control delays with USPS, I refunded her shipping as a courtesy. She then threatens to never do business with me again unless I give her the order for free.

I politely explain how I am sorry for the delay, and it is out of my control once I ship it. I explain how in the event the product gets lost, I will send another for free.

Sometimes USPS has delays and it is a nationwide issue. If I gave away product for free for every delay I would be out of business. It's a shame this customer wants to punish and extort my small business for something out of my control.

I'm sorry to lose your business Samantha, but I will not be threatened into giving you free product for something that is not my fault.
