OhSheGlows

We love this award-winning OhSheGlows blog for the array of healthy, plant-based recipes. The long list of creative recipes gives you a ton of selections for plant-based foods that are tasty and family-friendly. You won’t have to worry about the kids complaining about a nutritious meal when you serve up dishes like OhSheGlow’s chickpea salad, crispy smashed potatoes with avocado garlic aioli, or the popular toffee cinnamon oatmeal cookie bars.

SproutedKitchen

The Sprouted Kitchen is focused on sharing recipes that use plants and vegetables that are in season. They offer some fantastic photography of the delicious seasonal meals and use an approach based on mostly estimates. They encourage you to make adjustments to those estimates based on the post they share and your own tastes. The blog encourages you to treat good eating more like an art and less like a science. There is a great selection of breakfast, lunch, dinner, and desert ideas with produce you should be able to find fresh at a local farmer’s market. The most recent post for the winter is a delicious noodle with mushroom bolognese recipe.

The Salt is a must-read for anyone that considers themselves a foodie or just wants to get a better understanding of news, trends, research, and recipes for healthier eating. The site is run by National Public Radio and it has a deep collection of everything you could ever imagine for how food is grown, distributed, cooked, served and shared around the world. They even had a great story on Moringa last fall.

The Model Foodie

The Model Foodie takes a realistic approach to healthy eating with a busy lifestyle. They advocate eating clean, which is defined as whole, fresh, organic foods prepared in sight with no processing. There is a fun message overall that nobody is perfect and you should enjoy those tasty treats that you have always loved from time to time (Otherwise, what’s the point of all this healthy eating… right?). From great salads and soups to simple main courses that are good for you, you’ll find lots of fun recipes to mix up your regular routine.

The Picky Eater

For the most adventurous and discerning cooks out there, you should love The Picky Eater blog. It covers the whole gambit of fresh and wholesome foods to offer a great selection of gourmet meals. The Chocolate Mousse with Raspberries recipe, posted most recently, is amazing (and not too hard to make).

The Green Virgin Products Blog

Not to toot our own horn, but we love sharing some of our favorite simple moringa recipes that include our Moringa Ultimate Powder and Oil. You can find all kinds of ways to add Moringa into shakes, smoothies, juices, pastas, salads and more. We want to make it as easy as possible to enjoy the benefits of the Miracle tree in your life.
